I got well-appointed room with a storage space and a mobile. I had a view of the city from my window.

Well, the area was quite dirty overall.

Got the same very nicely furnished family room with good facilities booked online, truly enjoyed that. The stuff was really helpful and always greeted us.

Appreciated that the hotel was recently refurbished and had pretty friendly staff with the female receptionist. It was an incredible location so close to Close to restaurants and underground, restaurants and supermarket. Furthermore, we could get 

The location of the venue is marvellous, near two metro stations and the tube station and free wifi. Also, it's relatively near Queen Caroline's Temple. The studio is compact and decent sized. It has a big bed and 

The room I booked was very nicely furnished and had a comfortable bed, slept well. There were a microwave, an electric kettle, and a fridge in kitchenette.

Comfortable place, I appreciated consistently courteous personnel.

I booked triple room overlooking the city. The bathroom was big with a shower and basin. The location was great and fab, to halal restaurant & bayswater town.

The location was stunning and good, not far from two / three different subway lines, lovely restaurants, supermarkets and Kensington gardens and two train stations. Places like a Portobello road were not very far from from here

Enjoyed a kitchenette, hot drinks facilities, and a safe in the room.

The triple room was a decent size with three beds cramped in, so that guests had essentials. A shower and basin were available there. The venue was set in the very central position short

The location for London was particularly good and perfect, so close to 3 stops at bond street, a big center, like the Westfield next to Sheppard's Bush, and Hyde Park, Kensington Palace, 2 tube stations and many bus routes on Bayswater Rd. The 

Accommodating employees upon check-out. Location - particularly good, so close to Kensington Park/Gardens, good Mandarin Kitchen chic Chinese seafood restaurant, and two/three different subway lines. Also, close to Hyde park where I had to attend a number of concerts.  

The hotel is well priced, nestled in a nice building with newly remodelled rooms. The atmosphere is family, really friendly staff upon check-out. They serve plenty of meals, the food I tried was good!
